GUIDELINES (Do not copy and paste): *your character will start as a Young Kit, so rank is not necessary. Height Your average cat is between 11 and 14 inches tall. 8-12 inches is considered on the range of very short to short, while 13-16 inches is considered on the range of tall to very tall. Any cat taller than 16 inches will have severe back problems, being weak in battle once they become an older warrior, and any cat shorter than 10 inches is considered extremely small and will be VERY WEAK in battles. Cats above 20 inches or below 8 inches will not be accepted, ever. Weight Your average cat is between 8 and 12 pounds. Your cat's weight may vary reasonably. That means the extremes for a 12-inch cat will likely be 8 pounds and 16 pounds, with cats on the lighter end being lanky, and cats on the heavier end being stocky. Fur + Eye colors Accepted eye colors are: Any range of blue, any range of brown, any range (realistically) of amber, any range of green. Almost white and almost black eyes are not permitted. Milky blue eyes are accepted only if the cat is blind. Heterochromia is allowed. Accepted fur colors are: White, black, any shade of gray, any shade of brown, any shade of ginger, and any combination of these colors, regardless of gender. Patterns Accepted patterns are: Tortoiseshell (Calico without any white), calico, chimera, dilute of any listed before this point, spots, patches, stripes, patches shaped vaguely like objects (hearts, clouds, etc), socks, tuxedo patterning, and any combination of these patterns. Hairless cats and LyKois are never permitted, as they couldn’t survive in the wild, and neither are markings perfectly shaped like objects. Body Shapes Bobtails are always permitted, as are moderately exaggerated/small body parts such as ears/tail. Folded ears are allowed, as are short-nosed cats. Pure breeds are not allowed, with the exception of former kittypets. Origins Unless accepted into a kit finder litter, you can put your character’s origins as NPCxNPC. Half-Clan kits are not allowed to be NPC-born, you must find actively roleplayed parents. NPC rogue kits are accepted, but keep in mind you’ll have to find a Clan and adoptive parent. I would recommend finding a willing parent BEFORE creating your rouge-born NPC kit.
Example:
Name: Eaglekit Gender: She-cat Clan: MistClan Personality: Clever, with a sly tongue, Eaglekit is a born leader. She’s confident and charismatic, but lacking in loyalty. Fur + Eye Color: Cream, with red overshadowing and white undershading. Bright, jade-green eyes. Fur Type/Length: Long and silky. Origins: Silvershadow x Skyheart (Pure MistClan) Height (At warriorhood): 16” Weight (At warriorhood): 14 pounds Image (Optional): N/A
